The design is a great challenge. Making a proper website which reflects your business and attracts your client is a tough job. We focused on two things – the brand persona and selling the services to the potential audience. The website clearly says it’s a platform that deals with developing the Human Resource Skill & career building support in home and abroad. We were to establish this is one of the reputed company in their industry in Bangladesh.
It has different categories of courser or trainings and events.
We kept the hero area very simple explaining what it is, kept a video to give it proper authenticity and to make things easy to understand. We always prefer to use the power of multimedia. BrandsRaiser’s team do the design concerning the audience interaction and usabilities.
The entire site was kept very clean looking, using their brands colour and an additional colour which we believe the best match with their brand colour, expresses energy and invoke interest, which has very strong relation with business and career. A designing team must choose colours based on the emotion it invokes and the science of making colour schemes.
The site was designed in a way so that the landing page gives a complete introduction of its entire business model and it becomes easy and useful to its audience.
In order to give the native feel we have done their photography and used them in the site properly so that people get the essence of authenticity.

Simplicity, contents flow and brands persona were the key concerns when we were designing the website. We designed the logo first and we thought a paid theme would be enough, but again we came to realise a theme never gives the brand feel. Then based on its Logo and brand persona we’ve designed a completely new theme, that inspires people to donate and describe its purpose very clearly.
